In 1934 my great grandfather (Nip) became a partner, then my grandfather (Doc) bought in, Cathy (my mom) took over after, now me! Hello! I am Kaycee Kregear, I am the 4th generation owner at Missaukee Title. In 1934 my great grandfather (Nip) became a partner, then my grandfather (Doc) bought in, Cathy (my mom) took over after, now me! Pictured with me are my 3 children, Grace who recently graduated from Lake City High and is currently working for Crawford County Road Commission, after hours, she trains her horse, Trudy. Cody, a Senior at Lake City High, he LOVES bull riding and welding. Alden is a 7th grader at Lake City he enjoys riding dirt bikes, skiing and archery. In our free time, you can catch us cheering on Cody at rodeos, at Missaukee Mountain skiing, trail riding, camping, boating or kayaking.

My name is Travis Fowler and I have been happily working at Missaukee Title since 2019 after a LOOONNNGG stint in the grocery industry, you may recognize me from many years of work at Foster's Super Market in Lake City. My wife Adri, is the Missaukee County Register, her passion, besides being a loving wife and mother, is running. My son, Hayden is 13 and follows in his mother's footsteps by becoming quite the runner himself. He is currently a member of the Lake City Middle School Cross Country and Track Team. He also enjoys being outside, riding his four-wheeler and playing baseball and basketball. My daughter, Riley is in 4nd grade at Lake City Elem., she loves painting and crafting. As a family, we all enjoy camping, trail riding and bonfires.
